I added this new photograph to Creative Journey in my Photography section, LinesThis week's theme for MacroDay is "Lines." Since my first love is embroidery, I decided make a special piece for this challenge. I embroidered a design using metallic thread on a heavy parchment. I took this macro photo of the completed stitchery.
I'll post the entire design on my blog early next week. As it turns out, learning to embroider on paper is also one of my Projects In Long Lines. I love it when I can complete two challenges in one swipe.
