I've been going through my craft/hobby/needlework library all afternoon. Time to bless others with some of my stash.
Edited 2/25/10:
This booklet found a new home. Thanks to all who showed interest.
I have an extra copy of Janice Love's classic book on Hardanger embroidery, Basics and Beyond.
It's in like-new condition and originally sells for around $15.00. I like it to find a new home with someone that can use this excellent reference tool.
It's free to the lucky recipient.
I'll pay shipping ... US only, please.

Cameo,
I'd be thrilled to have this book! I love doing Hardanger. Is there anything you might like in return?
Stacy
Cameo, That is so generous of you. I have done a little hardanger but it is something that I would love to learn to do better. I love your blog and you are a great resource.
Cameo, Cameo, Cameo! It must be kismet! I was just going to order this book. I want to learn hardanger and hear this is the best. Wouldn't it be just magic if I won? I think so!!!
Hugs,
Barb
I'm so sorry, Stacy and Barb ... Judith spoke up first.
Barb, I'd love to offer you "Rooster Attitude" if you don't already have it.
Stacy, I've got a number of quilt books I'm ready to give to someone who can use them. They're a bit heavy, so I'd have to ask you to pay postage, but they're yours for the asking. If you're interested, I can give you the titles or e-mail you images.
Kathy, since this Hardanger book is spoken for, can I offer you another booklet or chart? Favorite designer? I'm giving lots of stash away right now.
I took a class from Janice Love years ago, and never made the class project. It's a Hardanger Sewing Case in a lavender/mauve color. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send you a picture. It's yours, if you'd like it.
Cameo,
The hardanger sewing case certainly sounds interesting. I would be interested in attempting it. Thank you.
Kathy
Cameo!! That was so nice of you to give this away (I wasn't in the running as I live outside US), I did see this book years ago, but didn't get it. I am working on a number of hardanger pieces (mainly from Yvette Stanton's Elegant hardanger book) at the moment. Its a lovely hobby
cheers

Cameo, I'd love "Rooster Attitude"! We've already exchanged e-mails about this. Thank you for sharing your stash. Have you got a list of the things you're re-homing?
Hugs
Sorry, I don't have a list. There's just too much stuff (6 file boxes!) Ask, and I'll see if I have it! The rest will be given away locally.
