A while ago, my daughter introduced me to artist Peter Callesen.He does amazing things that involve combining 2-D flat images with 3-D artwork made entirely of cut and formed paper. The detail exquisite.
His pieces are just stunning ... and very inspiring! There is both humor and poignancy in this art. And like all good art, it can inspire and provoke.
Just think about it. How can we use our medium of fabric and fiber to make a new-dimensional piece of art?
