I added a new photograph to Creative Journey in my Photography section, Freight TrainIt's sort of amazing to see how many long, long freight trains travel through the northern part of our county.
This one came barreling down the tracks just as I approached the flashing lights and striped gate. I caught the image out my car window. It must have been 150 cars long. (Check out the engineer's head silhouetted against the window!)
That's as close as I've been to a fast moving train in a long time. Really made the ground rumble! Great feeling of power, too.
