I added this new photograph to Creative Journey in my Photography section, The Birds on RidgewoodI came across this scene as I was driving home, a few hundred feet down the street from my home. A big flock of these black birds, feeding.
I slowed down to a crawl, grabbed my camera out of my purse, steadied it on the rim of the car window, and took the shot. Inching forward, I must have spooked them. They took off as one, and perched in a couple nearby trees.
Guess I should be glad they didn't turn on me and attack!
