I went to Michael's a couple days ago to play with some mat and frame ideas for the wedding sampler. This is the most pleasing combination I came up with.It's a simple cobalt blue metal frame with a gorgeous suede blue-green mat. I think it really brings out the colors of the sampler and adds some nice texture, while keeping the frame simple so it does not overpower the design.
Now I'm waiting to see if Jeanne and Mathew approve of the combination. After all, they are the ones that are going to have to live with it.
