This is not going to be practical for me today ... unless the water is frozen! We're in the midst of a ferocious winter storm right now. For the second time this week, schools are closed and Jodie has a snow day.The snow is stacked up about 10 inches on the deck railing. The snow berms at the edge of the driveway are higher yet.
But I can sit at the dining room table with a hot cup of cider and gaze out at the snow in the back yard — and be a peace for a while.
