The good news is that our daughter Jeanne is one step closer to getting an apartment in town! I hope to have this piece framed as a housewarming gift.

We had other great news today, too. Dale had his follow-up visit with the surgeon. Everything is healing nicely. The tumor is benign! We're celebrating today.
