Where's YOUR Focus?

I heard once that "where you put your time is where you put your life." The above quotation pretty much says the same thing.

For me, I try to put my energy into the people that love me and want me.
I put my energy into my stitching.
I put my energy into my writing.
I put my energy into my photography.
I put my energy into taking care of my body and mind.

Where I put my time and energy, where I put my focus, is where my life tends to bloom.
