We had a gorgeous, warm, sunny spring day today. Jodie took the day off work, gave me a call, and asked if I'd like to go geocaching with her. Divine!
Out into the countryside we went. Along with the caches, (and an estate sale along the way), we found this fellow.
I nearly stepped on him as I got out of the car near a guardrail cache. He was simply enjoying the sunny day, too.
He sat so very still, that I was able to take a portrait. Good thing, because if he'd moved, I'd have jumped out of my skin.
We found every cache we looked for today, and made it home with eight new smilies.
