I took a short walk on this crisp Autumn morning. The wetlands are looking particularly lush under the cloud-scattered sky.
Trees reached peak color this week. Two Air Force jets roared overhead, practicing their maneuvers. Dogs walked their special people, frisky in the brisk breeze.
The mushrooms are coming on boldly under the trees in the damp grass.
Have I mentioned lately how much I love living in Oregon? What a great place to retire!
