I found this portion of an eggshell on the edge of the bike path that runs through our neighborhood.
Signs of Spring are everywhere. I wonder ... will I get to see the chick that hatched from this egg?
I had the presence of mind to carry my macro lens with me when I went out on my walk today. Sometimes, I wonder what the neighbors think when they seem me plop down on the ground and look intently at some minuscule object.

That's so cool! I love the bright, light blue color of the egg and how little fragments at the edges seem to be just clinging on. Great picture :)
