What Wonders, if Only You Believe


A little something I need to remind myself of.

It's way easier to do on a good night's sleep. If you've gotten enough sleep, you can cope. You can feel your strength in your body because it's had time to repair itself. It's easier to step out into the world with surety, and if you're lucky, that helps lead to capability and competence.

Last night, I had a good night's sleep.

Today, I am feeling fairly strong and competent.

Hooray!
