Dale was doing his volunteer stint at the planetarium today, so I had hours and hours to myself. I took a nice long walk, watered some plants, then sat down to cross-stitch while listening to podcasts.
I was able to complete all the stitching on this little design and added the star stud. Looks good!
Now to figure out how I want to do the finishing work. One idea is to put it on a dowel and use it as a decorative plant stick, something like this.
We have a small plant in the entryway that might display it quite well. I'm going to mull that idea overnight.
