Flowers for Friday

Dale was feeling a little poorly this morning, so I went out for a walk alone today. I took a new, longer route through the neighborhood, then home through the school yard.

The grass in the playground is covered in these spring beauties.



They're a mere inch in diameter. Dainty alone, stunning en masse.

The temperature got into the low 80s today! I'll be taking more walks, and longer walks, as the weather continues to improve.

I hope I have the urge to pull out my big girl camera soon. It's nice to have the camera on my phone because it's so handy. But my photo mojo is not the same as when I have my big camera in my hands.
