Challenge #26: Vegetable

I chose red cabbage because it's one of my favorites to eat. I like the way it swirls and curls in on itself. I like the juxtaposition of the purple against the white; the shiny against the dull. I like the way is looks succulent and intricate.

It reminds me of the human brain.
